Our estate is famous for the growing of outstanding organic olives since the 17th century.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed straight from the freshest Tuscan varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino, all harvested in our estate.
The local mill is just 6 km away, and the olives are pressed the same day they’re picked.
Harvesting before the end of October when the olives are still partially green outside and cold-pressing them that day gives the best quality extra virgin oil, preserving as much of their fresh fragrance as possible.
We taste personally each small batch to make sure it’s just right.

The resulting oil is really rich and fruity, with a slightly spicy aftertaste. To let its outstanding flavour shine, it’s best used for salad dressings, bruschetta, or drizzling over grilled vegetables.
